Thank you kis! She is a cool cat for sure. This is a really easy position if you’re able to go upside down. We worked alongside another couple who suspended for the first time. He didn’t invert, just relaxed back into it. It’s like being in a hammock. So fun!

That is adorable. I am interested in some elements of rope but I don’t think being hung up like that would work for me.
